Feeling lucky... 

 

Pick your lucky number of the day to determine your random workout. If I pick 8 as my lucky number of the day then I will be doing the #8 workout on every card using the cards denomination to determine reps (high or low).

Example, if I pulled this card:     (with lucky number as 8)

 

I would do

- 10 or 100 Kettlebell Sumo Deadlift High Pull

 

 

tips:

  • Use your lucky number to determine how many cards you will pull.
  • You could also use your lucky number for timing as well or in replace of reps.
