High + Low







Turn up Trumps... 


Pull a card and do all of the workouts listed on the card, alternating the reps from the high and low value of the card. Do all workouts in Black with the low rep value and all the workouts in red with the high rep value.

Example, if I pulled this card:


I would do:

- 80 Hang Power Clean

-8 Deadlift

-80 Clean

-8 Power Snatch





  • If it feels too hard, only do half of the workouts or up to the number on the card (for the example above, only to the #8 workout)
  • You could also use the high + low with time
