Raise the Stakes... 

 

Randomly pull 13 cards, this order will create the WOD. You will do the first cards #1 workout for high or low reps, you will the second cards #2 workout for high or low reps, and continue this for all 13 cards. 

Example, if I pulled this card first:

 

I would do:

- 10 or 100 Kettlebell Push Presses

Then I would draw the next card:

and I would do:

- 5 or 50 Bench Presses

Then I would draw the next card and continue...

 

 

tips:

  • You can also play this in teams or in a group by making each card of the 13 a station. Each person or team rotating.
  • You can also only use one suit, this would use every movement in that suit but will randomize the order and reps.
